Judith (Nonan) Laserna

JUDITH NONAN LASERNA, age 48, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, after a year-long battle with cancer. 

Born on April 21, 1970 at Suyoc Mines, Mankayan Benguet, Philippines, she was the third daughter of the late Jose Nonan and Rufina Sanchez. She graduated from Saint Louis University on March 1992 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Banking and Finance. She likewise graduated from Baguio Central University with a second course of Bachelor of Science in Nursing on March 2008.

Judith was preceded in death by her father, Jose Estigoy Nonan; sister, Jovelyn S. Nonan; brother, Gaudencio Jose S. Nonan and grandparents Pedro and Basilia Nonan, Gaudencio and Manuela Sanchez.

Those left to cherish fond memories of her are husband, Alan Dela Cruz Laserna; mother, Rufina Sanchez Nonan; sisters, Josephine Nonan Ortiz, Joanna Nonan Nieva, Ruby Nonan Florendo, Gloria Nonan Rafer; brother, Christopher Sanchez Nonan and host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends­­­­­.­­­­­­­­­   

Memorial service will be held privately at Saint George Catholic Church, Fort Worth, Texas,  on Saturday,  March 16, 2019 at 10:30 am.   

Cremated remains will be buried at Naguilian Cemetery in La Union, Philippines at a later date.
